I just realised that none of us the student in BE17 were wearing glasses back then. I should blame the white boards in the Physics labs that caused us myopia.Or it must be us getting old after 2 years in PTE!

Dear Friends,

Looking back the years, I am grateful that I made a wise decision joining PTE in 1985 even though I had other opportunities going different paths. The friendships that I made during the course are priceless when I met and know you all. Thanks for the friendships and the memories which I treasure forever.

Your friend

My first week coming to PTE was not smooth at all. Sometimes makes me wonder whether I deserved to be there. But I really wanted to study higher. A lot of sacrifices I put into. It was really a struggle, a fruitful struggle at last, I must say. Thanks to you all my families, friends, lectures, tutors ,PTE staff and MoE etc.

In PTE, I remember the cover of my fullscap notepad paper stated "Time and Tide wait for No One". it really holds the truth. Don't be complacent. Grab every opportunity.

Things are a lot different from the time we were in PTE, but I always believe that friendships made during our school time are more sincere and should be more lasting since at those time we still do not know what will the future hold. We accepted things as they were.
